General Education Goals and Shared Learning Outcomes
The goals of General Education at Illinois State University remain the same as
those approved by the Academic Senate in 1992. The learning outcomes have been
revised as the result of a systematic review by the Council for General
Education and were approved by the Academic Senate Executive Committee on
August 21, 2006.
